Chatham Village Realty was founded in 1986 by Happy and Dave Van Sickle, who had “washed ashore” to Chatham 3 years earlier. After a successful few years with another brokerage firm, Happy and Dave struck out on their own and thus began Chatham Village Realty. With a team of 4 sales and rental associates, the firm opened its doors at 391 Main Street in a 400 square foot office building. Through hard work, professional representation, comprehensive market knowledge and highly ethical business dealings, Chatham Village Realty developed an exceptional reputation that continues to this day. We operate under what we call “The Golden Rule of Real Estate”: we and our agents treat every buyer, seller, tenant, landlord, and prospective business associate EXACTLY the way that we would like to be treated ourselves.
