I have been working as a Realtor on the Cape for 17 years. I was raised in Chatham and have lived here most of my adult life and this business has led me to explore more corners of Cape Cod than I imagined there were. My expertise extends over most of those corners of the Cape and with this capability, I take on the challenge of educating Buyers uncertain of where they may settle. It requires knowledge, diligence and patience. Fortunately, my major at the University of Colorado in Boulder was Psychology (which helped with the latter)and my minor was English (which contributes to the former and perhaps a few stories told along the way!). Though I have lived in Boulder and Aspen, the Cape was it for me. I have raised my son here, built two houses, had several businesses and still this is where I want to be. I have added a new business/concept to the general business of real estate at Pine Acres Realty, called "Stage One by Two" - a must do for anyone selling residential property today. I will prepare your home for sale in ways that maximize its appeal to the greatest number of buyers. The Cape is a fragile and very special place and each town has its own character (and characters). If you are really lucky, you may find yourself sitting next to one of those characters who will entertain you with a colorful story or two and maybe one day, you too, will end up embellishing your own scholarly wisdom as well!! I have recently completed an Accredited Buyer Representive program in order to best represent Buyers and their interests. Because I have lived here all of my life, I am able to cover Chatham, Brewster, Harwich, Barnstable, Eastham, Wellfleet and Truro. Please check out my listings at IRealEstateCapeCod.com
