Your hosts, Dave & Catherine Ferraresi offer local or 'seasonal local' guests a unique tasting experience in their East End shop at 425 Main Street in Chatham. Gustare offers over 40 varieties of imported EVOO products from several countries and 12-18 year aged balsamic vinegars sourced directly from Modena, Italy.
Our guests enjoy a 'fresh and flavorful' tasting experience by sampling unique flavor infused olive oils and balsamic vinegars bottled within our shop. Catherine and Dave are happy to discuss private tasting events accomodating up to 20 guests during extended evening hours.
