Chatham Bars Inn launches "Wellness for All Seasons,"
an ongoing wellness retreat series boasting
interactive itineraries hosted by acclaimed wellness experts and
thought-leaders, designed to inspire guests to
enhance their overall mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
The series will kick off with ?Mindset Reset?
?a curated weekend led by Sonia Satra, founder of Moticise?
an award-winning wellness program that combines movement
with mindset to help participants reach their own personal greatness.
During the weekend, guests will have the opportunity
to participate in indoor and outdoor adventures that will
help guests recharge, revitalize, and reset intentions for the year.
Our Mindset Reset package rates:
2-nights at $970 inclusive (based on double occupancy) or
2-nights at $395 inclusive (based on single occupancy)
Package includes 1 complimentary glass of prosecco upon arrival,
a welcome gift and book signed from Sonia Satra,
