About Us

Chatham Works is a combination Fitness Center + Workspace + Retail Shop located in a bright, beautiful 10,000 sq. ft. building in North Chatham. Our goal is to help our customers live healthier, happier, and better lives.

FITNESS: Our approach to fitness emphasizes variety, group exercise, and functional training. Memberships and Class/Gym Passes & Packs are available. We offer:

? The area's largest selection and variety of Group Exercise classes, including Spinning, Yoga, Barre, Mat Pilates, HIIT / Tabata, and our functional Team Training classes. Classes are offered both indoors, and outdoors on our new premium turf space.

? Personal Training with some of the Cape's most experienced and talented Trainers. 1-on-1 and Semi-Private sessions available in both hour and 1/2 hour increments.

? Open Gym options that let you come work out on your own with our top of the line equipment.

? We also offer Functional Physical Therapy, and Nutritional Consulting services.


COWORKING: Our Private Offices are fully booked for Summer 2021, but Open Seating is available based on occupancy. Contact us for details.


RETAIL: Our Retail shop offers mens’ & womens’ activewear, healthy snacks and drinks, nutritional supplements, and fitness accessories … all at fair and reasonable prices. Featured activewear brands include: Vuori, Beyond Yoga, Glyder, and Myles.
