• First Time Home Buyer Education - Community Development Partnership

    Our three-session First Time Homebuyer course provides information about budgeting, looking for, selecting, and purchasing a home. Participants are also connected with helpful resources in the community. Plus, those who complete the program successfully can apply for more affordable mortgage products.

    Wednesday, February 6

    Cost:  $50 per individual / $70 per household

    Participants must attend all three classes to receive their Certificates of Completion. Certificates are active for two years. Successfully completing the course allows program participants to apply for first time homebuyer and ONE mortgage products.

    The Homebuyer Education Course has received the Massachusetts Homeownership “Collaborative Seal of Approval” from the Citizens’ Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA).
