Through class participation, Dr. McClennen will demonstrate postural exercises to help reverse the effects of abnormal posture.

Jennifer Kangas, LMT will lead this hands-on active class for young athletes age 9-17 with their parents. She will discuss myofascial tissue and its role in stretching followed with several general stretches that all athletes should do! S-T-R-E-T-C-H for your good health!
