Creative Arts Center presents Oct/Nov Children's Classes in Papier Mache and Pottery by Kathy Meyers and Carol Trull!

The Creative Arts Center in Chatham will present six weeks of pottery classes for kids 10+ and four weeks in papier mache, grades 2,3,4 or 5,6,7 in October and November, by instructors Carol Trull and Kathy Meyers. A six week class in Kids’ Pottery with Carol Trull will be offered for ages 10 and up on Saturdays from 10-11:30 am, Oct 5 through Nov. 16 (skip 9). $145 per child will include all materials. This will be a great introduction to the world of clay. This creative class is designed to learn to make fun pieces with coil, pinch pot, wheel & slab. Clay and glazes are included. Instructor Kathy Meyers will offer a four week class in Hands on Creativity with Papier Mache to grades 2, 3, 4 on Saturdays from 10:30-11:30 am, and grades 5, 6, 7 from 12-1 pm from October 19th to November 9th. $65 per child will include all materials. Students will have fun making sea creatures using papier mache` and recycled materials. All classes will take place at the Creative Arts Center at 154 Crowell Rd., Chatham.
