Explore the history, cultural significance and spiritual practice of walking the labyrinth. Our time together ends in a guided meditative walk at the Chatham Labyrinth in Chase Park.
The labyrinth is an ancient circular pattern, perhaps derived from nature, with a single winding path that provides a meditative walk to the center and back out again. It’s been said that ‘The labyrinth is a spiritual tool meant to awaken us to the deep rhythm that unites us to ourselves and to that which calls from within. In surrendering to the winding path, the soul finds healing and wholeness’.
