First Night Chatham is a family-friendly New Year’s Eve celebration of the arts. This year First Night Chatham will celebrate the 1960's with the theme ''Oh Those 60s!'' in the 27th year of what has become a wonderful way for people to come together and ring in the New Year in a festive, family friendly, alcohol-free atmosphere.
Centered on Main Street and with easy and free shuttle buses to other venues, First Night Chatham offers something for everyone -- a circus, musicians, magicians, entertainment, a noise parade, a Town Photo, and two fireworks displays --one at 6:30, and the midnight finale at Oyster Pond.!
