The Chatham Chamber of Commerce cut the ribbon last week on Namazu Ramen, Chatham’s newest noodle and cocktail bar, on Wednesday, May 14, 2025.

Located at 643 Main Street, Chatham, MA 02633, Namazu Ramen invites guests into a sleek, contemporary space where Chef/Owner Michel Jacek, who honed his craft at the Culinary Institute of America and in local kitchens, serves authentic Tokyo-style ramen. Their handcrafted broths are simmered for hours, paired with fresh noodles, and topped with premium ingredients to create balanced, nuanced bowls, while a thoughtfully curated menu of beer, wine, sake, and craft cocktails rounds out the experience.

Attendees had the chance to tour the restaurant, sample signature ramen bowls, like the rich shoyu and savory tonkotsu, and meet Chef Jacek as he shared his passion for elevating ramen on Cape Cod. The community is warmly encouraged to stop by Wednesday through Sunday, starting at 4:30 PM, to taste why Namazu Ramen is poised to become a new favorite in Chatham’s vibrant dining scene.
